Some Cloud based products force you to use a newer version as soon as they release it. You have no choice in this, if they release an update - you have to use it. Some of the features you regularly use might be changed, and you end up having to re-acquaint yourself with the product all over again. With Cloud Access, you get to stay with the version you are using for as long as you want to, and you choose when you want to upgrade to a newer version. We don't force updates on our users.
